Simple single infusion batch sparge with a mash at 152 that dropped about a degree over the hour.

I was going for something the light beer drinkers would like. More of a "can I do this" type of thing. Well it went over very well with guests, but personally I'm not a big fan. Not enough anything for me.
Basically I'm posting this as an ale that will please the BMC crowd if anyone is interested in something like that(in fact stick a lime in it for em). If I did it again I'd use less corn to get the OG down in the high 30's or low 40's.
Warning though, corn is crazy sticky, I'd compare it to using rye.
