This started out as a SMaSH recipe but quickly got a few tweaks. Due to my ability to get distracted easily, my mash was about 90 minutes. Hit 80% efficiency and due to the prolonged mash it was super fermentable, it dried out to 1.008. A bit too dry for what I wanted but still worthy of posting my first recipe.
