Default All-Grain - All Cascades Pale Ale

Yeast: Wyeast #1056
Yeast Starter: 2 packs in 1.42l
Batch Size (Gallons): 5
Original Gravity: 1.060
Final Gravity: ?
IBU: 43.7
Boiling Time (Minutes): 60
Color: 10.2 SRM
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 10 days @ 64f
Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): Dry Hop 7 Days
Tasting Notes: All-Cascade Pale Ale

i wrote this recipe with beersmith and brewed it up today. i only got 60% efficiency on this one hence the 1.060 OG. i wrote it as an all-cascade hop pale ale, but it falls under american pale ale AND american IPA style according to beersmith. so, call it what you will. it sounds delicious in my head though, i'll update on how it comes out

1 lbs Caramel/Crystal Malt - 60L (60.0 SRM) Grain 2 7.1 %
1 lbs White Wheat Malt (2.4 SRM) Grain 3 7.1 %
8.0 oz Cara-Pils/Dextrine (2.0 SRM) Grain 4 3.6 %
1.00 oz Cascade [5.70 %] - Boil 20.0 min Hop 5 11.1 IBUs
1.50 oz Cascade [5.70 %] - Boil 15.0 min Hop 6 13.6 IBUs
1.50 oz Cascade [5.70 %] - Boil 10.0 min Hop 7 9.9 IBUs
2.50 oz Cascade [5.70 %] - Boil 5.0 min Hop 8 9.1 IBUs

dry hopped it today and took a reading. it was at 1.016. reading tasted very nice and balanced. i didn't actually measure the amount of hops i put in for the dry hop, i just threw in a couple handfuls. i'm estimating i threw in about 2.5oz. i'll update with pics when this one is done
