Default All-Grain - 20" Brown Clone

Recipe Type: All Grain
Yeast: WLP005
Yeast Starter: 1000ml
Batch Size (Gallons): 5.5
Original Gravity: 1.053
Final Gravity: 1.015
IBU: 35
Boiling Time (Minutes): 90
Color: 22
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 28
Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 68
Tasting Notes: Malty with big hop taste slight chocolate finish

Then numbers above are from the first version!

This is version 2.0 and it came out so much better than 1.0. Nice smooth malty flavor with a big hop note. A little out of style for IBU's and FG (but that is probably due to the WLP005).

If you like browns and hops then I think you'll like this one!

Style: American Brown Ale

Batch Size: 5.50 gal
Boil Volume: 6.91 gal Boil Time: 90 min
Brewhouse Efficiency: 75.00 %

Hah, I changed the recipe and edited my first post but apparently editing a post leaves in the same position in the line up so I am replying here to put it at the top of the list for all to see!!
