Yeast: Edinburgh Ale White Labs #WLP028
Yeast Starter: Yes
Batch Size (Gallons): 5.5
Original Gravity: 1.087
Final Gravity: 1.019
IBU: 25.8
Boiling Time (Minutes): 90
Color: 20
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 14@67 Degrees
Additional Fermentation: 3 days @ 35 degrees to clear up
Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 21@ 70 degrees
Tasting Notes: Unknown- first attempt.

10lbs Golden Promise
1lbs Crystal 60L
8oz Aromatic Malt
8oz Melanoiden Malt
3lbs Munich malt
4oz Peated Malt
6oz Cara Aroma
1.5lbs Dark Brown Sugar

1.50oz East kent goldings(90 minutes)
.50oz East kent goldings(30minutes)

5.2 Stabilizer
.16oz Burton Water Salts

Mashing @ 156degrees
Mash out @ 168 degrees
Fly spage @ 168 degrees

Ya, my bad on that one... I have made something similar in the past, but without the peated malt and a couple other minor differences, it turned out ok, but not where i would like it, hoping the changes that i have will make that deference. i reposted in the proper forum though. thanks.
