A few notes:
Toast 1 lb Golden Promise for an hour in a 350F oven. Crush and mash with other grains. This will increase the SRM a bit, but the estimation should be pretty close.
Boil about 2 qts of the first runnings separately and reduce to 1 qt. Add with 5 mins left in the boil.
Ferment at 60F for 3 to 4 weeks; condition in a secondary at 70F for 2 to 3 weeks.
