Have you started to drink your wee-heavy yet? I am curious how it came out after a little bottle conditioning since you do not give any info on taste. Also, what was your target mash temp? I am playing around with recipes right now in brewtarget and I plan on doing a scottish ale as my next batch, I just have to decide between 80/-, 90/- or wee-heavy style.

I haven't tried it yet, as it has only been in the bottle for little under two weeks now. My target mash temp was 152 degrees and then a 170 degree mash out. I did a fly sparge, enough to get almost 7 gallons for the boil, since it is a 90 minute boil. Good Luck
