Yeast Starter: Rehydrate
Batch Size (Gallons): 5
Original Gravity: 1.042
Final Gravity: 1.012
IBU: 31
Boiling Time (Minutes): 60
Color: 9L
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 2 Weeks @ 67
Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): Dry Hops in Keg
Tasting Notes: White Toast with a wonderful floral background and a touch of carmel

86% Golden Promise (8#)
11% Home Toasted 2-row (1#)
3# Special B (4 ounces)

8 AAU EKG (60 minutes)
1 ounce EKG (dry hop for 1 week)

Home toasted malt @ 350° for 20 minutes to about 25°L

Mashed at 154° for 60 minutes with batch sparge.
