Default Road Of The Righteous ESB

Recipe Type: All Grain
Yeast: SafAle S-04 - Dry English Ale Yeast
Yeast Starter: No starter - Pitch on packet directly into cooled wort
Batch Size (Gallons): 3
Original Gravity: 1.054
Final Gravity: 1.014
IBU: 29
Boiling Time (Minutes): 60
Color: 10.2 SRM
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 13 then bottle it up

For 3 Gallons:

Mashed 154 degrees @ 1.25 qt/gallon. Single Infusion mash, batch sparge to get 4.25 of wort.

6.50 lb Pale Malt, Maris Otter
0.50 lb Caramel/Crystal Malt - 60L
0.50 oz Challenger [6.30%] (60 min)
0.25 oz East Kent Goldings [4.50%] (30 min)
0.25 oz East Kent Goldings[4.50%] (15 min)
1 Pkgs SafAle English Ale (DCL Yeast #S-04)
