Recipe Type: All Grain Yeast: S-04 Yeast Starter: Yes Batch Size (Gallons): 5 Original Gravity: 1.062 Final Gravity: 1.019 IBU: 34.3 Boiling Time (Minutes): 60 Color: 8.6 Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 7 days at 68 Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 14 days at 65 Tasting Notes: EKG and Cascade...such a great combo. Has a very malty backbone. Balanced
