All-Grain - I'm not angry, I'm just a little bitter
Recipe Type: All Grain Yeast: WY1084 Yeast Starter: optional Batch Size (Gallons): 9.5 Original Gravity: 1038 Final Gravity: 1012 IBU: 30.5 Boiling Time (Minutes): 60 Color: 8 Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 14@20C Tasting Notes: I tried a split batch with 1968, 1028 and 1084. I like the 1084 the best.

2oz Black Patent
1.5 oz Galena @ 60 mins
Ferment w/1084 at about 20C.
It's a fairly plain recipe, but makes for a delicious ordinary bitter. |
