Hops
.25 oz Warrior at 60 mins
.5 oz warrior at 30 mins
.5 oz warrior at 15 mins
.5 oz Simcoe at 10 mins
.5 oz cascade at 5 mins
.5 oz simcoe and cascade at flameout
Mash at 152 for 60 mins in a BIAB setup
Notes:
ABV was 5.4%
Higher IBU that a normal ESB and lower on the alcohol side. Great session beer for hops lovers. |
