WLP023 Burton Ale Yeast

This is one of the best beers I have brewed so far. It is a modified version of Jamil's ordinary bitter from Brewing Classic Styles. I can drink this all day. And I have. Mmm, mmm! I have never really had a commercial example other than Boddington's, but I think this is infinitely better.

Aurë Entuluva! Day shall come again!

Sheldon: If its a brew day, its a good day

raptorvan: it makes the beer so silky smooth its like drinking a glass of giggling angels.
