Batch Size (Gallons): 5.5
Original Gravity: 1.036
Final Gravity: 1.010
IBU: 25
Boiling Time (Minutes): 60
Color: 9.4
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 10 days @ 65f
Additional Fermentation: Cold crash for 1 week
Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): No
Tasting Notes: nice maltyness with a smooth hop bitterness, smells great.

This is a nice easy one for you.
Single infusion, mash @ 152f for the hour.
I batch sparge and get crap eff, so use % for yourself

90.1% Marris otter Pale. 7.26lbs
5% UK Crystal 45. 0.4lbs
2.7% UK Crystal 140. 0.22lbs
2.2% Melanoidin. 0.18lbs

Fuggles @ 60 mins to get 25.23 IBU. 1.36oz
EKG @ Flameout to get .23 IBU. 0.26oz
FUGGLES @ Flameout to get .21 IBU. 0.26oz


Primary:Special Bitter.
Secondary: Hard SIGHder.< FYI, BLOODY FANTASTIC.
Bottled: Mild, Cider.
Kegged:Blond Ale.
Future brews: Edworts Robust Porter.
