Boiling Time (Minutes): 60

Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 14 days @ 68
Tasting Notes: Heavy fruity juicy citrus flavor and nice malty floral finish

It's got complex fruity, juicy hop taste and aroma with a pleasant malty sweetness.
I do tidy little 3 gallon batches.

Add some gypsum for lower ph and hop crispness.

Use a yeast starter or suffer the consequences.

1 week in primary then dry hop with glacier.

1 week more in primary or 2 in secondary.

Bottle condition 7-10 days.

Add honey to wort at flame out.

Bottle with 1/4 cup clover honey for 3 gallon batch.
