First wort - 0.5oz - Saaz - pellet
60 min - 0.5oz - Saaz - pellet
30 min - 0.75oz - Saaz - pellet
10 min - 0.5oz - Saaz - pellet
dry hop - 0.5oz - Saaz - pellet (10 days)
My very first beer, kept it very simple. The Nottingham yeast got gravity down to 1.009! Didn't expect that. |
