Default All-Grain - Rock Goddess Kolsch

Recipe Type: All Grain
Yeast: WLP029
Batch Size (Gallons): 5.5
Original Gravity: 1050
Final Gravity: 1010
IBU: 28
Boiling Time (Minutes): 90
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 14@70
Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 21@38
Tasting Notes: Very crisp, little bit more bite than a standard kolsch

Made this one specifically for my SWMBO to take to the rehearsal studio for band practice. It's refreshing but very tasty.

Approved by your local thirsty musicians.

WLP029, 1qt starter

60 min mash @ 150

14 days in primary @ room temp (65-70 hereabouts)
21 days in sec @38F
