standard 90 min 152 mash (sticky)

3# American 2row
3# Morris otter
3# Vienna
3# pilsner

.25 challenger 60 min
.25 cascade 50 min
.25 willimette 40 min
.25 saaz 30 min
.25 uk goldings 20 min
.25 uk goldings 10 min

pitch yeast at 70

-shove into closet and forget for a couple weeks
-put into clean bucket and let it shine out for a couple more weeks

Looks like a good pale ale. Maybe extend the boil to 90 minutes, due to the pilsner.

If I ever go missing, put my picture on beer and wine bottles instead of milk cartons. My friends and family will find me within hours.
