Tasting Notes: Light and crisp with soft fruit and citurs in the after taste.

Excellent summer beer with noble hops up front and aftertaste reminiscent of peaches, grapefruit, and iced tea.

Batch Size: 10.5 Gal
Boil Size: 12.5 Gal
Estimated OG: 1.055 SG
Estimated Color: 4 SRM
Estimated IBU: 30 IBU
Brewhouse Efficiency: 75.0 %

Mash at 1.25 qts/lb for 60 min @ 149F

This recipe just won 2nd place at the Oregon State Fair, category 6B. Combined score of 43. Really excited about this.

I've been between 1.011-1.014 depending on the OG. I always hit is exactly the same though. If I missed one point on OG I miss it again in FG.
