here's another question to the OP: how'd you get "lemon peel" into beersmith? couldn't figure it out. mashing right now, very excited about the recipe!

I added lemon and GoP to BeerSmith by clicking the Add Misc button under ingredients, then clicking the New button on the window that opens. Enter what you need.

I;m thinking of making this and aging it for bout 2 months. will the lemony and SoP flavors stay? I'm hoping so!
