.50 oz Amarillo (8.5%) - added dry to secondary fermenter

EDIT:Yeast wasn't German Ale, it was one pack of Munton's Dry and one pack of Nottingham.

My ingredients arrived today! But I can't brew until Sunday at the earliest. But I wanna brew NOW!!!

The waaaaiiting is the hardest part.

kegged bm's cream of 3,orfy's hobgoblin, cascade rye,brandon o's graff,milk stout
cheeses 2lbs gouda,2 lbs monterey jack,4 lbs farnhouse cheddar
up next some lagers

Damn me for forgetting to RDWHAHB. This is FRIGGIN awesome tonight!!! The dryhopping worked fantastic.

Might need to rebrew soon.

Better efficiency and this would be tits. Just not enough malt in it now. Color is a bit dark, but not bad.
