1.012 FG
12 SRM
25 IBU
5.4% ABV

60 minute mash at 154F

72.3% - Weyermann Vienna
25.5% - Weyermann Pilsner
02.1% - Crisp Chocolate

1.700 oz - Hallertau X 60
0.500 oz - Hallertau X 15

WLP833 - German Bock Lager

(pitch at 45F and allow to free rise to 50F and hold for 28 days. On day 29, drop three degrees per day for 4 days and hold at 38F until day 53.)
