Default All-Grain - Pilsner Aristocrat

Recipe Type: All Grain
Yeast: White Labs WLP802
Yeast Starter: 4000 mL
Batch Size (Gallons): 5.5
Original Gravity: 1.050
Final Gravity: 1.011
IBU: 35
Boiling Time (Minutes): 90
Color: 3.9
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 14 @ 50F
Additional Fermentation: 28 @ 31F (lager)
Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 2 @ 65F (d-rest)
Tasting Notes: Flavor and aroma very close to the Sam Adams Noble Pils.

My clone of the Sam Adams Noble Pils (hence my name for it). Came close in flavor and aroma, but next time I'd dry hop with twice the amount of hops to have more of that noble hop aroma.
