Default All-Grain - One Love Pils- The Original SMASH Pilsener

Recipe Type: All Grain
Yeast: Wyeast Pilsner Urquell (2001)
Yeast Starter: Pitched on a cake
Batch Size (Gallons): 10
Original Gravity: 1.052
Final Gravity: 1.012
IBU: 35
Boiling Time (Minutes): 60
Color: 3
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 7 days at 42f
Additional Fermentation: 48 hour diacetyl rest at 62f
Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 56 days gradually dropping temp from 62f to 35f

Simplicity here. One Malt, One hop, One Decoction, One Love

Grist: 100% Weyermann 2-Row Moravian Pilsner Malt
Hops: Saaz 35 IBU's
Hop Schedule:
IBU's Addition
20 Kettle addition
10 Middle addtion
5 Late Addition
1 oz. Dry Hop in secondary.
Yeast :Wyeast Pilsner Urquell (2001) SKU XL2001

Single decotion mash.
protein rest at 129f
After 10 minutes, pulled %40 of mash for decoction and raised temp to 152 and let decoction rest for 5 minutes.
performed 15 minute decoction
returned decoction to mash for Saccharification Rest at 152f for 30 minutes
mash out at 169f
