This one really surprised me. It's not carbonated yet, I'm still lagering the keg, but I pulled a sample last night and was simply astounded by how much of an effect half a pound of honey malt could have on a beer. It's like a blend of 3/4 pils and 1/4 mead! I seriously love it, and the surprise is a pleasant one. I've used honey malt plenty in the past; my IPA in the keg right now has 1.5 lbs in it! But never before has the honey flavor been this pronounced, and I highly recommend it!
