Recipe Type: All Grain
Yeast: WLP802 Budejovice
Yeast Starter: 2L
Batch Size (Gallons): 6
Original Gravity: 1.055
Final Gravity: 1.010
IBU: 41
Boiling Time (Minutes): 90
Color: 4
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 5 days @ 54 then 5 more @ 58
Tasting Notes: Very fragrant and floral. Not quite as full bodied as Czech Pils I've had in Prague.

11 lbs. German Pilsner
1 lb Cara-Pils
15 grams Magnum 14.4AA for 60 Minutes
35 grams Saaz 3.6AA for 25 Minutes
35 grams Saaz 3.6AA for 10 Minutes
43 grams Saaz 3.6AA for 5 Minutes

Single Decoction Mash
First step 122F
Second step 155F

I know this might be a little late after your post, but can you give me some detail of the flavor and the crispness of the beer. How would you rate this beer all together? I was actually coming up with a recipe very similar and wanted to use the same yeast.
