Honestly, this was only my second lager. I am more of a dark brew drinker but most of my friends from the backwoods of TN like the ligher brews like Miller Lite, Bud, Coors, etc...
Well, since I like to keep the dark stuff for me I decided I'd give this Pilsner a try. It actually turned out really good even though I'm not really into the lighter colored brews.
I found a recipe on the web and tweaked it a bit by adding the Crystal and changing the yeast used.
