I am more of a dark brew drinker but most of my friends from the backwoods of TN like the ligher brews like Miller Lite, Bud, Coors, etc... Well, since I like to keep the dark stuff for me I decided I'd give this Pilsner a try. It actually turned out really good even though I'm not really into the lighter colored brews. I found a recipe on the web and tweaked it a bit by adding the Crystal and changing the yeast used. Give it a try and let me know what you think. Cheers, Tim :rockin: |
if your friends mostly like lite BMC beers then a beer with IBU of 77 would probably seem insanely bitter to them. maybe try cutting those hop additions to 1oz each.
