This is some good stuff. Thinking I may have to do this twice a year. Problem is I have so many other beers I like to brew!
I would love to brew this recipe but can not do a step mash because I'm using a ten gallon cooler. What temp would you mash at if you couldn't step mash?? is the step mash that critical to the recipe or can I get away with a single mash.
Single mash around 152-154 and you should be OK.
I only have a sixer of these left. And it has got to be my second fav homebrew I've done hands down.
