Default All-Grain - Logger Lager

Recipe Type: All Grain
Yeast: saflager(dry)2 pkg
Batch Size (Gallons): 6
Original Gravity: 1.053
Final Gravity: 1.015
IBU: 32.5
Boiling Time (Minutes): 75mins.
Color: 5.5SRM
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 2 weeks @50
Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 4 weeks@40

This stuff is fantastic!I kegged this one and sugar primed it and let it sit for 3weeks after secondary.It ended up 4.9% alc and it kicks my ass.1 mug and i'm buzzing.Great mouth feel and flavor with a perfect(for my taste)hoppiness.This is my new favorite.Beertools generated this recipe so grain weights are in hundredths.

11.10#American 2-row
0.12#American Munich
0.12#Crystal 40
0.12#Biscuit
0.12Light brown sugar

1.5oz Cascade 75min
1oz Cascade 20min

Saflager dry yeast 2 packets rehydrated

Mashed 75min @ 150
Mash-out 10min @170
Batch sparge @ 174

I start out with 9gals of water to end up with 6gals net beer.
3.5gal Mash-in 2gal Mash-out 3.5galSparge

Why have the 2-row at 11.10 lbs, is that extra .10 lbs very tasty or something?
