Helles Bells

Style: Münchner Helles
Type: All grain
Size: 5.5 gallons

3 HCU (~3 SRM) 
Bitterness: 22 IBU
OG: 1.048
FG: 1.012
Alcohol: 4.6% v/v (3.6% w/w)

Grain: 8.5 lb. Belgian Pilsner / .5 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)

Mash: 79% efficiency 122F for 20 min / 153F for 60 min / Mashout at 168 for 10 min

Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.040 6.5 gallons Irish Moss at 15 min.

Hops: .75 oz. Hallertauer (6% AA, 50 min.) / .75 oz. Hallertauer (6% AA, 10 min.)

Yeast: WLP833 starter

i gave this a try. fermented nicely. now i have to wait 4 months till of probation. looking foward to it.
