60 minute mash at 154F

80.3% - Weyermann Pilsner Malt
08.9% - Wildflower Honey
06.7% - Weyermann Munich Type II
02.2% - Weyermann CaraFoam
01.7% - Gambrinus Honey Malt
00.2% - Weyermann Carafa III

0.500 oz - Magnum X 60
0.500 oz - Tettnanger X 15
0.250 oz - Tettnanger X 0

WLP833 - German Bock Lager
- 50 degree ferment for 50 days (pitch at 45F and allow to free rise to 50F for 28 days, then decrease 3 degrees per day for 4 days and hold at 38F until day 50)
