Default Well, fired up the weber in the frigid temps and....

here is the result:


New York strip, grilled mushrooms seasoned in olive oil and garlic powder, and garlic fries

I use my Weber year round, frigid or not. The only difference is taking off the cover and putting it back on. It is pliable at 80° and very stiff at <20°. Mushrooms look great though.
