Brats with sauteed onions on a good roll and a side of German potato salad. Sometimes a few jalapenos chopped and mixed in the onions are good too. There is a store here that makes habanero brats...

Thanks for the input. I was kind of assuming brats and onions as well. I dig the idea of the jalapenos mixed in...I wouldn't have thought of that.
