Default Soft tortilla shell, cream cheese, onions and hot peppers

Not sure what to call them but anyone else make these? If not and you like hot stuff try them.

Take fresh tortilla shells and spread a mixture of cream cheese, onions and hot peppers on one side, then roll into a roll and wrap with plastic wrap to keep the shape. Shells need to be really fresh or they unwrap. When ready to eat you can cut them up into 1" sections for guests or eat whole. Perfect for habaneros because of the cream cheese.

You of course take the plastic wrap off before you cut them.
