Default Smoking a rack or ribs tonight...Condo Style!
Some of you may remember my Condo Smoking 101 thread.

Well, tonight it's ribs!

Dry rubbed with Naked City Brand, Naked Spur Dry Rub.

Tonight I'm using cherry wood. Also, poured myself a little Naked City Peach Hefeweizen.

I'll post some more pictures later when the ribs emerge from the stovetop smoker.

side note... is that the aftermath of cooking condo ribs in the backround. I dont think i own that many pots and pans.
