Smoking a rack or ribs tonight...Condo Style!

Some of you may remember my Condo Smoking 101 thread.

Well, tonight it's ribs! :rockin:

Dry rubbed with Naked City Brand, Naked Spur Dry Rub.

Tonight I'm using cherry wood. Also, poured myself a little Naked City Peach Hefeweizen.

I'll post some more pictures later when the ribs emerge from the stovetop smoker. :mug:

side note... is that the aftermath of cooking condo ribs in the backround. I dont think i own that many pots and pans.
