Smoked some ribs and and venison sausage

Smoked with apple wood. Tomorrow its back to making beer.
cheddar on the left and jalapeño cheddar on the right

Looks awesome man....I cant wait to get my venison sausage and snack sticks back, should be about a week. Someday I'd like to start making my own, that looks delicious!

It's almost lunch time here. Hmmm, Ribs. I think I need to smoke some ribs this weekend and try some of Brewtopia's Smoked Porter BBQ Sauce.

I have a big bottle of Stone Smoked Porter (from a swap) I have been saving to go with some ribs or brisket in from of the fire place but I had forgot about it. Just gives me a reason to fire up the smoker again.
