For the next few months, I'm stuck in a studio apartment with the bare essentials that SWMBO and I decided to bring along. It's been kinda fun so far, with the exception of a lack of brew equipment (that may change soon). Here's dinner tonight:
Preheat the cheap oven to its highest setting and hope it doesn't start a fire.
Rub a rack of lamb with a garlic/herb blend.
When the oven is blazing hot, throw the lamb into it for 10 minutes.
Turn the heat down to 425 degrees F and open the door until the thermostat cycles.
After another 10 minutes, baste the lamb with some Raspberry Chipotle sauce.
Give the lamb 10 more minutes (for a total of 30), then remove the lamb from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Steam some green beans and season with a little lemon pepper.
Pour a SN Celebration Ale.
