Anyone used spent grain from a cream ale? I've never used an adjunct beer's grist for spent grain cooking, and this recipe will have flaked corn and flaked rice. Just not sure how this will affect things.

I would think it would make good bread.
I've had an idea in my head for a long time to make a sweet bread with spent grains from a pumpkin ale with the leftover pumpkin pulp in the mash.
