Default Quick Pastrami from Corned Beef?

Q: Has anyone ever done the Quick Pastrami from Virtual Weber Bullet? I've a 4lb flat in the smoker right now to try it out but was curious if anyone else had done it and what your results where?

Well, it came out well but at first taste it needed more soak time to remove some of the salt from the brine. I'll get it on the meat slicer tomorrow and see what it taste like shaved with an overnight cool.

Defiantly doing this again.
