couple lbs leftover pulled pork
Just place pork in a crock pot/slow cooker, add lime juice, chili flakes, and cumin to taste. cover with equal parts beer and water, I used Modelo Negro and heat it back up in the cooker. I think mine was on high for ~4hours then I turned to low for a few more.
When its good eats make up the tacos.
Primary: Belgian Triple Braggot (6gallons), Lambic Braggot (6gallons), Habanero melomel(6gallons)
Secondary: Peach melomel (5 Gallons)
It seems like a FOX TV Show when a mead maker moves in with an AG brewer....They end up with **** like Lambic Braggot.
