Somewhat of an experimental dish one night, but SWMBO liked it so much it's become almost a staple around here.:mug:

---

Serves 3-4 easily

---

1 12 Oz. Box “Twist Trio” (3 color Rotini) pasta
1 26.5 Oz. Can Hunt’s Italian Sausage Spaghetti Sauce (or Four Cheese)
½ Can Large Black Olives, Sliced
½ Pound Sausage
1 Medium (Baseball Sized) Onion, Diced or chopped finely
1 Cup Shredded Cheese (Italian Blend)
½ Tablespoon garlic powder (optional)

In a large pot, bring water to a boil for the pasta and pre-heat oven to 350. As the water is heating, cook the sausage. While sausage is cooking, empty the can of sauce into a medium saucepan, and combine the olives and onion. Once the sausage is cooked, crumble it into the saucepan with the sauce and olives. Heat sauce (covered) over medium heat while pasta boils. Once sauce is warm, add cheese and garlic powder. Once pasta is done, drain and combine sauce and pasta in the large pot and mix well. Transfer into baking dish(es), and bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes.
