My daughter loves pickles and I've been meaning to deep fry some pickles for her. But I was thinking that we both really like McDonalds Southern Style chicken sandwiches with the pickles.

So why not deep fry some chicken strips with pickles inside?

Bought some tenderloin strips and butterflyed them and stuck a thin strip of pickle in there, closed it back up and dipped in Drakes batter and deep fried.

Pretty good!

My wife wanted Jalepeno Chicken, so I did the same thing with Jalepenos and it was awesome!

I also just deep fried chicken on it's own as well as some pickles and cheddar cheese and ham, and of course a few slices of onion.

The pickle chicken and the jalepeno chicken was the best though. The chicken turned out crispy on the outside and moist and juicy on the inside.
