Oh man does that look good. I made ravioli once before, but it didn't turn out too well. I've got a better kitchen and better patience now than I did then, so I should try again.
Do you cook them all immediately, or freeze some for the ultimate quick meal later?

Wow! Looks great! Could you share the recipe for the pasta?

Pasta flour (00), water.
I sometimes add spinach, pepper or basil. This one's go a little pepper.
The filling is just red onion and goats cheese.
people sometimes add egg but I never have.

I did pasta way back, but lost my interest in cooking about 15 years ago. Just isn't fun for one.

I haven't made pasta in a while, but I'll have to give these a try -- they look really good!
Do you prefer them with any kind of sauce/butter/etc., or just plain?
Edit -- PS, I was going to say your goat cheese was expired, but then I looked at the Exif data and realized they were older pictures

I serve these with a little olive oil because they have there own sauce.
I'll usually knock up a quick tomato sauce for plainer pasta.
I did a batch last night. Didn't take pictures, the pictures are from the first time I did it.
