Cool! Is that just a tin foil container with some charcoal and a bit of grate thrown on top?

I think it's a disposable grill. Tear the cardboard top off, light and away you go.

McDonald's burgers taste like cardboard imho. I got this beef recently from the Amish country man that was swell.
