Default Oktoberwurst!

5-6 bratwurst (any style)
2 bottles Oktoberfest beer (I used Samuel Adams)
1ish tbs minced onions
1ish tbs minced garlic
1ish tbs cracked red pepper flakes
1ish tbs ground black pepper

Bring beer and onions to a boil, then add the bratwurst and remaining ingredients (adjust all quantities to taste). Add however much water is needed to cover all bratwurst in liquid, return to boil.

Boil for about 10-15min, until almost done. Brown up and finish cooking on skillet or BBQ until desired char is achieved and bratwurst is no longer pink in the middle. Sever on bun, by itself, with sauerkraut, with mustard, etc. however you like it!

Just did this yesterday and they were delish!
