1 to 2 Tbsp butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 or 2 sliced bananas
2 oz
coffee infused vodka
Ground cinnamon
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the butter and brown sugar. When the sugar and butter have melted together, add the banana and stir to coat. Pour the vodka into the pan and ignite it* carefully with a long match or lighter. Sprinkle cinnamon over the flame for a theatrical sparkling effect. Serve when the flame is extinguished.

* The flambe is completely unnecessary. The alcohol will cook off on its own, and the flame adds nothing in terms of flavor.
