Default Irish Cream Recipe

What with the holidays coming and the weather cooling down I'm starting to think about Irish Cream again. Any of ya have a good Irish Cream recipe?

I haven't made it before, but I'm going with this recipe, for gifts, as it doesn't have uncooked eggs in it. I'm not comfortable with the possibility of getting a relative or friend sick.

Yeah I know I'm not a big fan of the raw eggs either but I would think the alcohol would kill anything nasty. I tried a coworkers recipe today and while it needs to age I'm not too sure it's actually going to taste like Bailey's. I may have to give your recipe a try Laurel if it doesn't work out.
