Default horchata (all grain non alc brew...)

im making some horchata at the moment, crushed up some long grain rice, its sitting in my main brew pot right now for a few hours...
ive never made it before but love drinking it, so here goes, should be ready about 4 hours from now... going to be cinnamon and vanilla flavour!

You should try smoking horchata flavored hookah tobacco...now THAT is some awesome stuff.

Horchata kicks butt. It is the perfect accompaniment for spicy foods when cerveza is not an option.

hi caphector, i kind of mixed a bunch of recipes together and to be honest mine did not work out too well. i didnt add enough sugar because i dont like things too sweet but i would recommend adding at least as much sugar as most recipes say, oh and make sure to wash off the rice in several cool water baths before grinding it up! heres one that seems about right, but honestly i'd add sugar to taste and definitely more than what they say
